Notice when reporting problem

TMflow Software version : All versions
TM Robot Hardware version : All versions
Other specific requirements : None 
Note that older or newer software versions may have different results.
 

In order to accelerate problem analysis, it is strongly recommended that user collect and provide the such information as following:

1.LCM video: Recording the whole process of booting up and using M/A button to switch pages.

2.Monitor: Taking pictures or recording the screen of monitor once the LCM screen can not be provided because of any reason. (especially BSoD, black screen, green screen or white screen)

3.IO Module light status: Check the color and flash frequency of the LED light

4.Stick status: Check whether stick made warning sound

5.Project and environment:  Providing related information such as pictures or videos of surrounding environment, projects, diagrams of I/O ports and external devices.
